In this masterclass I will guide you step by step through the creation of a complete artwork in my style, combining watercolor and ink drawing.
We will start with a simple and delicate botanical subject: a composition of magnolia flowers, perfect for understanding the foundations of my creative process and the mixed technique I use in my artworks.
During the course we will work together from beginning to end: from preparing the drawing to the final details, going through all the fundamental stages of my method.

Meet the ARTIST

Irene Meniconi

Irene Meniconi, born in Florence in 1986, found solace in the nature of Chianti at a young age, inspiring her future artistic work. Following her education at art schools in Florence, Irene dedicated herself to artistic exploration in the city.

Her art, characterized by pen drawings and mixed media, represents a profound personal and technical journey. She collaborates with various clients and companies, infusing her art with elements of mystery and nature.

Irene's art serves as a narrative of her inner journey, representing her personal battles and subsequent reconstruction. Through her work, she reflects on stages of her emotional journey, from hardship to resilience. Her chosen mediums of pen and color symbolize her strength and the resilience of her subjects.
